is there anyway to withdraw these records or do i hit to withdraw the full plateau an re-start the plateau from scratch?

Brute force solution.
Duplicate an empty table.
Start at the beginning of the existing table (sort or not, your choice). Read the current record. Select for the current record in the new table. If it doesn’t exist, insert. Wash, rinse, repeat.
The new table won’t have dupes.
