I hit some eld of income undergo in aggregation direction (not database). What would be a beatific artefact start into this income earth of CRM?
What I’d same it to do is:
- Quality management
- Customer relation management
- Asset management
that category of stuff. We currently ingest a clump of unlinked spreadsheets, MS Outlook, etc. It’s rattling messy.
It would be beatific if we could alter the database to our possess purposes over time…
